This is a comprehensive lesson plan for teaching Boy Scouts the First Aid Merit Badge. Written for Camp Thunder summer camp in the Flint River Council of Central Georgia, the plan is easily adaptable for use at a Merit Badge Clinic or over several meetings at a scout troop. This plan also includes all of the Tenderfoot - First Class Merit Badge requirements and references each skill in both the Scout Handbook & the Merit Badge pamphlet. Following the Lesson Plan is a 3 page skills test which is best used to measure performance and highlight weak areas that need further skills instruction.
